Certified Rebirthing Therapist with over 27 years of experience working with breath, the body, and transformational processes. Originally trained as a midwife and trauma therapist, she specializes in integration work, shadow work, and relational healing. She has extensive experience supporting people living with complex trauma, addiction, and social exclusion. Her approach is deeply embodied and rooted in spiritual traditions including Christ Consciousness, Kabbalah, Siberian shamanism, and the Philosophy of Oneness.

Bodywork and sound facilitator, yoga teacher, massage therapist, and energy practitioner. She creates safe and mindful spaces that support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and inner balance. Her work combines somatic movement, voice, touch, and ritual, drawing on many years of experience gained throughout South America, Asia, and Europe.

Film and theatre director, graduate of the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw and the Lodz Film School. An artist and dreamer who views creativity as a pathway to awareness, spontaneity, and authentic self-expression. During the retreat she guides creative and playful processes that invite participants into imagination, creativity, and the childlike freedom of being.
